Nicole Green is a visionary leader dedicated to redefining how we support vulnerable communities through the power of systemic change. By blending the clinical rigor of Forensic Social Work (MSW, ASW) with the high-level precision of a Master’s in Business and Project Management, Nicole bridges the gap between frontline advocacy and executive-level strategy.
Bringing extensive experience in leading large-scale projects and holding established leadership seats—including serving as the Chair of the Contra Costa County Council on Homelessness and the AB109 Community Advisory Board—Nicole possesses a rare vantage point on the mechanics of policy and provider operations. She doesn't just understand the barriers; she has spent her career navigating and dismantling them at the highest levels.
A published author and justice-impacted professional, Nicole’s work is centered on 'Teaching the System.'
